Boulder Low Ball Opportunities

I’ve written before on how to pursue a low offer strategy. One of the steps I recommend is to start your search by looking at homes that have been on the market the longest. This is the opposite of what most buyers do and can sometimes reveal opportunities. Here’s a list to get you started.

The following are currently available Boulder homes that have at least 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a minimum of 1,500 SQFT. These homes have been on the market for 300+ days and in most cases the sellers have lowered their asking price substantially from original listing.
