Dear Clients and Friends,
The real estate market in Boulder is continuing to sputter along as we swing into the peak summer season. Just 50 houses and 53 attached dwellings sold in May, a year over year decrease of 36% and 38%, respectively. Inventory of houses reached 591 properties (a record) and supply of attached dwellings reached 526 units.

Clients receiving this email will have links to download the latest foreclosure update and a list of property sales in Boulder during the month.
