Our new office is almost ready to open.

Late last summer, we began remodeling the new office. The process has been slower than expected, due to limited contractor availability and lengthy lead times for furnishings. The labor shortage is real, people.
Thankfully, the end is nigh! Last week, we had a soft open and have already held several business meetings in the space. When the rest of the furniture arrives and the signage is complete, we’ll host a grand opening. Look for it in early to mid November.
One of the most exciting aspects of the new office: we will feature a rotating slate of local artists, who may use it for receptions and as a gallery. We’re also planning community events, including a reboot for our popular Boulder Real Estate Meetup.

Market Update
As we’ve been advising our clients, the market is cooling and has been been cooling for some time. That doesn’t mean prices aren’t still rising, they are. The median sale price in Boulder rose over 4% last quarter, while simultaneously sales volume fell nearly 10%. Highly desirable properties are still experiencing bidding wars (see notable sales), although some of this is due to Brokers intentionally pricing below the market price (another common west coast sales tactic, now hitting our local market).
