I once asked a very successful real estate investor if he ever regretted selling any of his properties. 


“Every single one,” he answered. 

35 Bellevue Drive is the #5 Top Boulder Real Estate Sale of 2018. Acquired in the spring of 2013 for $3.1MM, the seller owned the house for five years before they sold it back to the previous owner for $4.75MM, notching a gain of $1.65MM or about 8.9% IRR.  


Seems like the buyer missed his old digs. Who could blame him?


Located at the very top of Bellevue drive near Chautauqua, with epic views from almost every window, this ’90s era luxury home features three bedrooms, four baths, and a little over 6,000 finished square feet. It’s described as having “soaring ceilings, walls of glass, a sun-filled interior, extensive gardens with waterfall and multiple sitting areas.” The 2.2 acre lot is also exceptionally private and backs to City of Boulder open space.
