815 Circle Drive is Boulder’s #9 top sale for 2018. Constructed eighteen years ago, it features five bedrooms, five baths, and a luxurious +6,000 F.SQFT. The location is the most compelling aspect to the property. It’s just below Flagstaff Rd and the home was designed to feature exceptional views of the city below.

Originally listed at $4.5MM in July of 2017, it went under contract in November and closed in late January. Sadly, the situation didn’t work out for the new owners. It was re-listed just four months later at the original asking price. In November, the seller cut the price to $4.17MM and then, just after Christmas, the price was slashed again. As of this writing, it’s offered at $3.95MM.
Despite what most agents will tell you, Boulder real estate doesn’t always go up and not every experience is an investment success story. This is why we focus so much attention on advising our clients on property selection. Next time, choose a better Realtor.
