Fresh Listings
4701 S University Boulevard | $2.85MM | Details
This home is so striking and clean, the images could be mistaken for renderings. It’s a magnificent mid-century modern estate on over 2.5 acres that’s located in high-end and coveted Cherry Hills Village. Both the interior and exterior are uniquely modern, and boast impressive angles throughout. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, 6,200 sqft and a 3 car carport round out the picture. Nowhere to stash the cars you say? Don’t worry, there is more than enough land to build your dream garage.
959 S Race Street | $1.05MM | Details
This East Wash Park gem has been beautifully remodeled with vaulted ceilings and heaps of natural light. It blends a classic Denver bungalow with modern updates and an open, super functional layout. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2,500 sqft and a one car garage. Close to the shops at South Gaylord and lovely Wash Park.
1465 S Cherry Street | $874K | Details
Krisana Park is a fabulously retro neighborhood tucked into Virginia Village. It’s one of my favorite parts of Denver, and it’s understandable why mid-mod enthusiasts from all over want to live in this special pocket. There are several of these homes active this week! The above home has a classic ranch layout, is remodeled throughout, and has a pool. Many of these homes have only carports while this beaut has a 1 car attached garage. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and about 2,100 sqft. Mid-century ranch style homes are highly functional and livable.
1426 S Elm Street | $780K | Details
Another Krisana Park listing, more understated and tucked away than the above home. The trade off? It’s nearly $100K cheaper. This listing is still lovely and relatively updated inside, and with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,700 sqft it’s still spacious enough for a family.
Due diligence: No garage. Hire an agent who can advise you on building codes and expansion potential.
1860 S Holly Street | $639K | Details
My favorite of the week! This dark beauty is located in Lynwood, a close neighbor to Krisana. The price is attractive, especially considering it has both a 1 car garage and 1 carport space. It is on the smaller side though, with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1,300 sqft. The interior is absolutely phenomenal, as dark wood finishes blend timelessly with white counters and black exposed brick. Call me for a private showing.
1050 Cherokee Street #306 | $497K | Details
A fabulous, hip 2-story loft in the vibrant and artistic Golden Triangle district! Wood beams, exposed concrete, and modern finishes make it a perfect lock and leave option for a modern lifestyle. With only one lofted bedroom, it’s best suited for a single person or couple. HOA is reasonable for the area at $358/month and includes 1 underground parking spot. Walk to the art museum and shops on Broadway.
Worth A Second Look
3115 Umatilla Street | $1.87MM | Details
My favorite local builders Work Shop Denver have done it again with this modern industrial style home in LoHi! Originally listed for $1.985MM, I must admit it was overpriced. They tested the market, and conditions were clear. Several price reductions later, it’s ready for its new owner. One year old construction, 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, 4,500 sqft and a 2 car detached garage. When you take into account the cost for high end construction in a location as coveted in LoHi, this is a solid single family option to consider.
If you or someone you know is looking to buy or sell in the Denver or Boulder area, I can help. Call 303.875.3140 to arrange a private viewing with a discussion of design, location, functionality, due diligence and more.
