We’re hiring at House Einstein and we’re looking for the best. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years, licensed in the State of Colorado.
  
• 3+ deals under your belt.
   
• 2+ years professional experience before you were licensed.
  
• Track record of consistent work performance, ethics, and integrity.
  
• Good verbal communication skills and excellent writing skills.
  
• Proven social media savvy
  
• Experience with brand development.
   
• Customer service experience in an advisory role.
  
• Flexible schedule that allows you to work on the weekends and in the evenings. 50% weekends in the spring and summer, 25% in the fall and winter.
  
• Can work independently on projects and deliver results, without supervision.
  
• High attention to detail.
  

Compensation:

20-30 hours of paid hourly work per week as a real estate assistant, plus your own commissions. Compensation and splits are negotiable, depending on what you’re bringing to the table. Hours are higher during the spring and summer, lower in the fall and winter.
