Governor Polis’s Safer at Home order will once again allow in-person real estate showings in Colorado, effective May 1st. We anticipate a flood of new listings to hit the Boulder real estate market between now and next week. 


Accordingly, 4894 Curie Court is back on the market. For buyers seeking house-like functionality, a great location, and lock and leave lifestyle – it’s a great choice. 


House Einstein’s showing protocol: 


1. Showings require approval by the listing agent. No automatic approvals. No “go and show.” 

2. Only prospective buyers who are ready, willing, and able will be approved.

Ready: Prepared to write a reasonable offer and close within 90 days. 


Willing: Prospective buyers are strongly encouraged to view the 3D tour and conduct a site visit to confirm location suitability prior to requesting a showing.  Serious buyers only – no real estate agent previews, no open houses. 


Able: Proof of funds and/or pre-qualified by local lending institution. 


3. The following rules must be followed during the showing: 


– A maximum of three people will be allowed in the house. 

– Social distancing must be maintained. 


– No overlapping showings. 


– Masks must be worn. 


– Buyers must sanitize hands prior to entering homes. 


– Lights will be left on, interior doors will be left open. 


– Buyers should refrain from touching door knobs, light switches, and other surfaces.
