It’s also in the top 10 for Table Mesa multi-level homes, and it actually made the list twice. In 2018, it sold for $1.365M. It just sold again for $1.31M. The second sale took nearly 40 days before it received an offer, despite heated market conditions. Even before transaction costs, the seller took a substantial hit.
