A spectacular and wise purchase. I’m jealous.

Look – like it or not, the writing is on the wall for Ned and Eldora. With massive population increases forecast for the future, transit from urban areas in Colorado to the resort towns is unlikely to get better. As Boulder continues to become more affluent, Ned will follow. Luxury properties that line Barker Reservoir, with views over the water, will likely see rapid appreciation in coming years.

Why Notable?  

Although $1.85M ($360/SF) pushes the current bounds of Nederland’s market, it’s relatively tame compared to far smaller, more ordinary homes without views in high-rent cities across the country or even in the City of Boulder. This was a screaming deal.
