Why Is It Notable?  

Sales here are rare. This one was on market for only two days and sold for $40K over asking, cash. Also, I told a friend who owned one of these to never sell. He did, and I’m sure he now regrets it. Are you reading this, Viktor? I’m still waiting for your mea culpa.  

P.S. It doesn’t make me money, but I regularly advise clients to consider holding their real estate assets, especially when they are rare and likely to throw off either substantial cash flow or enjoy rapid appreciation. This one was both.
