Pride

|June 28, 2021|Uncategorized|

And we’re back.
When you see our posts slow down and newsletters go dormant, it’s almost certainly because we’re focused on helping our clients. We will always prioritize our clients over business development activity. Always.
The Spring of 2021 was far busier than I anticipated. Thankfully, as of this writing, most of our active buyers and sellers are now under contract. Yes, even the ones who were previously getting beat out in bidding wars. A few remain actively hunting, but they’re also patient and disciplined. We’ll get them over the finish line, too.

PRIDE!

Pride Month is nearly over, but we want to acknowledge this important time of the year. I haven’t spent much time doing comparisons, but it’s likely that House Einstein is the most diverse company in Boulder and Denver real estate.
The fact that the Realtors on our team and the clients we serve are diverse feels good, but I want to make one thing clear: At House Einstein, diversity and inclusion are not something we celebrate for only one month of the year. Diversity and inclusion are what we work toward every single day of the year.

Who Do We Serve

A few years ago, a potential client was surprised when I told them we’d gladly help them sell their entry level house. They were under the impression that we only work on higher-end transactions. What about certain neighborhoods? Again, the answer was no.
Our focus is to help buyers and sellers make smarter real estate decisions, period. Our client’s financial capability is not a factor. We serve all clients, from $150,000 affordable housing to multi-million dollar deals. We also gladly serve all races, religions, gender orientations, and political parties. If you have respect for us and the work we do, we’ll put our best effort into supporting your real estate goals.
As a company, we are relentlessly focused on advising our clients, both buyers and sellers, to make intelligent, well informed decisions. We’re here to offer the highest degree of service, in line with our fiduciary duty, and underscored by our principles. It’s really that simple.
I’m proud of my team and the important work we do. I’m also proud of who they are, how they approach their work, and the communities they serve.
So that’s us. Now, about those Fresh Listings…This week, hundreds of homes hit the market. We’re going to focus our discussion on a handful of the best listings and recent sales. Are you ready? Let’s go.
