1435 Sunset Blvd is located one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Boulder. If you look back far enough, you’ll find plenty of comps to support the valuation. It’s also more private with fewer transient issues, doesn’t face historic restrictions, and features exceptional views – all while retaining excellent walkability to downtown.
