We would have advised our clients to avoid temptation by not scheduling a showing. The views are tremendous, but there’s an electrical substation almost directly behind this property. Perhaps the new owners will screen it from view with landscaping, but then what’s the point of backing to open space. I’m surprised this crossed $2M.
