This is a basic ranch with a small addition on the back, located on a quiet street in Martin Acres. Most of the finishes have been updated from when the home was originally built in the 1950’s, but they still appear quite tired. This street is very quiet, compared to some in the neighborhood. Lot size is slightly larger than most. Overall, this was a solid purchase by the buyer – who wisely waited a couple of weeks to negotiate $25K off the list price plus an additional $4,100 in concessions.
