What’s Happening at House Einstein? [Business Update]
It’s official. We’re expanding House Einstein’s footprint to Summit County. Mary Herre, one of the outstanding agents on our team, has started doing a lot of business in Summit. Going forward, Mary will act at our office’s designated Realtor for that market.
What does this mean? It means far better access to the newest listings to hit the market in Breck, Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne. She’s also been working hard to establish relationships with builders and other Realtors in the market, which has given us great intel on new construction and other unlisted opportunities. We’ll start adding notable sales and fresh Summit listings to the newsletter in the next few months.
In other news, we had a number of great closings for our clients this past week. Ian Steinmo successful represented his buyers in their purchase of 9437 Cherryvale Lane, a beautifully updated two-story in Highlands Ranch. He beat our several competitive offers to lock it down for his clients. Meanwhile I successfully closed 563 Arapahoe, 1625 Gillaspie, and 814 E. Simpson on behalf of my clients this week. It’s been a great week for House Einstein’s clients.
Don’t worry, our activity in Boulder, Denver, and surrounding towns will remain. Now that our volume has grown, we’re simply adding Summit County.
