A smaller one-story ranch with a walkout basement on a coveted street in Table Mesa. The 60’s era structure had decade-old updates. We’re frankly surprised this pushed past the list price, given the lack of views (it’s on the low side of Juilliard). With that said, the listing agent marketed it as having approved plans for a second story addition from Boulder County (even though this property is in the City of Boulder).
