Background:
Born and raised in New Zealand, I moved to Colorado in my early teens. Starting fresh in an unknown world is not a task for the faint-hearted; my survival tactic? Human connection. I found the key was to make friends by connecting with others, learning about their goals, and understanding their motivations.
Since moving to Colorado, I have lived in several different locations in the Denver-Boulder area which has given me a comprehensive understanding of our local communities. I first entered the world of real estate at 17 as an in-house office assistant. After high school I explored alternative career options before reigniting my interest in real estate as a content creator, and marketing manager.. My goal is to develop my skills in logistics, client relationships, and problem solving in the real estate industry.
I believe in maintaining integrity and strong morals in every detail of my life while emphasizing strong foundations. Before starting a new endeavor, I believe it’s essential to do your due diligence and research prior to making any commitments. I want our clients to take their time, cover their bases, and feel comfortable in their real estate decisions.
My Mission:
As an extrovert, I pride myself on being easy to know and easier to talk with. Human connection is my forte; it’s a skill I enjoy using every chance I can!
I’m honored to be a part of a team that prioritizes intelligent real estate decisions. Buying a house is a daunting experience, especially with all of the options available today. I understand that when you buy a house, you’re buying a home for you. No two people are the same, and no two people want the same house; I’m here to help find the home that is best for you.
I’m excited to leverage my experiences from an eclectic and unique upbringing to create a strong support system & competitive marketing approach for the agents at House Einstein!
My Passions:
Outside of real estate, classic BMWs and their restoration. I also enjoy baking, salsa dancing, and getting out there!
See what customers say about Ian:
“Ian was wonderful from start to finish. The list of requirements and deal-breakers in what I was looking for in a home would have been enough to scare off any realtor, but Ian was patient and fun to work with. Having grown up in the area, Ian’s deep knowledge of neighborhoods and HOAs was key in making efficient use of my time to show me properties that checked all the boxes and would best fit my lifestyle. In today’s housing market with so many competing offers, Ian’s acuity was instrumental in crafting an offer that would ultimately lead to my offer being accepted and closing on a place I’m now lucky to call my home. Buying a home is a huge life event that involves so much more than just landing on a sales price and Ian made sure to be by my side every step of the way. Thank you, Ian!”
“I cannot say enough good things about Ian! Ian worked with us on both selling our home and buying our new one and for both processes he was organized, attentive, and provided a lot of great advice and wisdom anytime we had to make a tough decision. You can tell Ian truly cares about his clients and wants to not only find the perfect home for you, but listens to your wants and needs and is not afraid to give his opinion on a situation as the expert when needed. He does it all with respect, class and passion for the work. Not only that, but you end up spending a lot of time with your realtor and Ian is just a fun and enjoyable person to be around. He goes above and beyond and I’d recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Denver Metro or Boulder area!”
