Fresh Listings – 3/21/14 [Get ‘Em Hot]

This Week’s Fresh Listings in Boulder [Get ‘Em Hot]

March Comes in Like a Lion [Fresh Listings]

New Listings for Valentine’s Weekend [Get ‘Em Hot]

Take her (or him) shopping for that dream home.    Inventory is finally rising in Boulder but the most desirable properties are going under contract VERY quickly.  To point, fifty-nine shiny new listings hit the MLS during the past two weeks. Fresh Boulder Listings, Get ‘Em Hot

Boulder Market Update – by the Numbers [Fresh Listings]

by Osman Parvez Time for a quick update on market conditions - by the numbers style.  Thirty five listings have hit the MLS since January 1st in Boulder.    Here's how it breaks out:  Think the market has slowed?    Guess again.    14% of listings since January 1 are already under contract (19% if you remove refreshed listings).   Check out the average days to offer.  Keep in mind that most agents are a little slow to update the MLS, which means the reported average days to offer should be considered conservative.   The real number is likely lower.  [...]

Fresh Listings, Get ‘Em Hot [Featuring Miami Vice Decor]

Showings for the Weekend? [Listings]

by Osman Parvez Yay!  The weekend is upon us and there is a pile of new inventory.    What's worth seeing?   Let's walk through it. A quick search of the MLS shows 24 new listings hitting the Boulder market since Monday.   I removed 13 of those listings because they're either refreshed old inventory or spec projects (i.e. imaginary houses).     That leaves 11 worth your consideration for this weekend's showing schedule.   I think 8 are worth a look. Louisville, Get it Hot [Listings]
