No disclosed concessions, yet surprisingly it sold for slightly over list. Perhaps there was a late-stage bidding war between buyers, or maybe the seller covered some closing costs, which weren’t properly disclosed. It happens. In any event, this was a good deal for an entry-level Boulder home buyer. There are a lot of benefits to the Heatherwood neighborhood beyond affordability.
