Client Preview: 1003 9th Street [Video]

|June 18, 2018|Boulder, Video|

by Osman Parvez
A potential client recently contacted me to ask about 1003 9th Street, a listing we featured about a week ago.  I went ahead and created a video preview for them (below), a service we offer buyers who are relocating from other markets or otherwise can’t easily be on the ground to see the property.  It’s not likely a great fit for this client, so I’m going to go ahead and share the video with you.

In short, 1003 9th Street is a very attractive house given its generous size, elegant historical design and significance, plus a location in close proximity to Chautauqua. 9th street is obviously a busy location, which is why it’s likely still on the market, but at this price point, it’s also starting to look like a value investment.  The house was originally listed at $1.85MM and the seller has now reduced the asking price to $1.5MM.

The property is an active listing. The video below is intended to offer a balanced and constructive perspective.  I point out some challenges with the house along with many of its positive qualities.

Note: If you’re interested in this or any other property we’ve featured, don’t hesitate to call me at 303.746.6896.

p.s. You’ll find some of our other client previews HERE.
