Since 2005, we have provided detailed analysis on the Boulder Real Estate market. Over 2,000 posts have been published and shared. No happy talk, no hand waving – just detailed information and thoughtful commentary.
Our efforts have been well received. We’re deeply grateful for the support and the hundreds of clients who initially found us through this blog. We have immense gratitude and deeply appreciate your trust.
In recent years, we went beyond data analysis and added weekly posts featuring new listings worth seeing (Fresh listings) and important sold properties that help set the market (Notable Sales). Our intention was to offer you even better insights into the Boulder real estate market.
This approach has not been without challenges. In particular, we’ve had to reframe negative aspects of listings as recommended “due diligence.” We’ve also heard from the occasional agent who wasn’t happy about how their listing was portrayed, and we’ve needed to work it out with them. Plus, we’ve had to navigate a web of rules that govern what we can and cannot say about listings publicly.
Therefore… After careful consideration, Notable Sales and Fresh Listings will now be sent as a private research note to clients, prospective clients, and friends. These posts will no longer be published on this blog. With this approach, the gloves are off and we’ll be free to write without fear of raising the ire of listing agents or violating rules.
