1903 Kristy Court [Notable Sale]

|November 16, 2020|Longmont, Notable Sale|

Why is it Notable?
A classic, timeless design in the center of Prospect. We were surprised the market didn’t snap it up right away. 1903 Kristy Court featured an expansive wrap-around porch, main floor office, expansive finished attic, and an open floor plan. It was listed for $950K in April, withdrawn briefly in August, and then re-listed with a $20,000 price reduction. It sold for $920,000 or 1.1% below asking ($282/F.SQFT).
