Run Forest, Run!! The Bolder Boulder 10k, Memorial Day, and Real Estate

The Bolder Boulder has been an annual tradition in our fair city for nearly 50 years.  Attracting over 50,000 participants and nearly as many spectators.  It’s not just a race, it’s a poignant celebration of Memorial Day. Join Osman and Hamish as they discuss their race strategy, the impact to the city, and some tips for having the best experience possible. In addition, we cover recent closings, including two deals where sellers lost hundreds of thousands of dollars, overall market conditions, and much much more.

The House Einstein Podcast is available wherever you podcast. Hosted by Osman Parvez and Hamish Crabb.

Intro: “It’s one big party. Everyone can participate including wheelchairs. The community makes it even better.”
