Due Diligence: This property is just down the street from the high density Alpine Balsam project, set to break ground shortly. It will be subject to increased traffic. 

Deal Notes: Listed in late September, the property was under contract within days, and lucky for the seller, the deal closed at the same price as it was acquired only a few months prior. Given their short tenure, it’s remarkable that the seller was able to get their money back (less commissions and other transaction costs) and a testament to the strength of our local market, even during a downturn.
