9006 Jason Ct | $3.6M- White Hawk Ranch is a subdivision of larger luxury homes, mostly constructed in the early 2000’s. The typical home in this neighborhood is generously proportioned and sits on a 1+ acre lot.
- With over 7,000 finished square feet, 9006 Jason Court features five bedrooms, six baths, and an extensive renovation. For unknown reasons (likely privacy), photographs and virtual tours have been removed from the listing.
- Sales in White Hawk Ranch are sparse. Only three or four homes come to market in a given year. 9006 Jason Ct was the third sale for the year and towards the top end based on the comps.
- Deal Notes: Interestingly, the buyer’s agent did not take a commission which resulted in a higher effective sale price of $3.73M. It’s unclear why the agent put their commission into the deal but it could be a variety of reasons including the agent representing themselves or a family member in the transaction.
