A mid 80’s multi-level home in Forest Glen, just east of Wonderland Lake, on a generous lot. From a location perspective, this spot is pretty clutch – with easy access to Wonderland Lake Open Space and strolling distance to Lucky’s. Although a five-level home is not exactly what most of today’s buyers are seeking, the finish updates were all very current. The seller did a great job of creating outdoor living/entertainment spaces in the expansive backyard.
1000 Orange Place was (intentionally?) underpriced when it hit the market. It sold for $205K over list.
