Thank you for choosing House Einstein for your real estate needs. We are grateful for your business and your trust.
It was a great year for the team and our clients, but we’re not resting on our laurels. We’re starting the new year with a renewed sense of mission and greater focus on our work. Our goal remains the same: help you make smarter real estate decisions.
Market Performance
Let’s talk about the market.
In Denver, total sales volume increased 3.7% Year over Year (YoY), following two years of repeated declines. Attached dwelling sales increased 3.9% and detached sales increased 3.5%, respectively.
In Boulder, total sales volume decreased 2.7% YOY. Attached dwelling sales volume dropped 5.8% and detached sales dropped 0.4%, respectively.
For both Boulder and Denver, the market shifted and accelerated in the second half of 2019 compared to the same period a year earlier. Boulder total sales volume jumped 6.3% during the last six months of 2019. Denver increased 9.3%. The market entered the new year with substantial momentum.
Keep in mind that the data is still preliminary, and slightly conservative. Sales volume is also a very high level statistic for these cities. It doesn’t reflect what’s happening in the market for your property or your intended purchase. Contact your House Einstein agent for a detailed and actionable analysis for your unique real estate situation.
