The street itself is not quite as busy as you might think from the map, it’s mostly a feeder to the neighborhood. The school and land across the street was a nice perk.
Deal notes: On the market only a few days, it sold for $100K over list, with a small concession for undisclosed reasons. Our clients passed on it due to the scale of remodeling needed.
