Understanding Buyer Archetypes and Story Marketing | Podcast #59

Understanding the story is a vital component of real estate marketing. A well developed marketing story is built on appealing to specific buyer archetypes while carefully avoiding running afoul of Fair Housing law. • Intro:

The proposed development will include housing, retail, art studio space, light industrial use and community green spaces, and it will also provide a new, custom-designed home for the Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art.

During a presentation on the project, Boulder principal planner Chandler Van Schaack said the area is located within the North Boulder Art District, an “inclusive, grassroots community dedicated to promoting artists and creative businesses.” The site plan includes 17,500 square feet of museum space, 17,500 square feet of storefront commercial space, 67 residential units and 96 parking spaces.

However, Van Schaack noted, some changes to land use and zoning in the area would be necessary to allow for the museum to be built on the site and to allow for the proposed residential density. He said that if councilmembers supported making land use and zoning changes, they might need to look at creating a new “flex zone” district to accommodate the project, and the council would need to direct city staff to start work on that process.  – Boulder Daily Camera Feb 8.

Testimonials

Osman was a refreshingly honest realtor. He stressed through the entire process that his goal was to make me happy with my home purchase. I greatly appreciated the fact that he never shied away from pointing out the negatives as well as the pluses of different places while leaving the final decision up to me.

We can highly recommend Sophie. Her attention to detail and communication skills are great. Our home was in area that most realtors are not familiar with, but Sophie took extra time to get to know the neighborhood in order to give us quality service. She also brought in a professional photographer to make our home look its best. Even though the listing was in winter, the house sold quickly. With Sophie’s business and people skills, we have no doubt she will be a top realtor in the area.
